    • BJHCHS Inc., seeks a fulltime Lead Custodial Technician that will have the responsibility for the supervision of the office cleaners for specific buildings and facilities. This position reports to the Director of Facilities & Procurement Manager and will direct the daily activities of all eight medical facilities location.


      • Daily cleaning of medical facilities including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, medical exam rooms, waiting areas, office areas, conference and training rooms.
      • Emptying of all trash, containers, replacement of soap, sanitizing foam stations and paper towel dispensers.
      • Sweeping , vacuuming, dusting high and low places (buffers & scrubbers), cleaning emergency spills
      • Following all MSDS safety requirements, handling of recycle materials
      • Retrieving debris from exterior of facilities
      • Attending required staff meeting and training
      • All additional assigned duties that is related to facility care and maintenance. 
      • Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to supervise/lead a team with effective results
      • Minimum High School diploma
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of medical and/or hospitality experience
      • Ability to lift 25/50 lbs
      • Ability to effectively and efficiently use heavy duty cleaning equipment
      • A valid driver's license.
